Amincem supplies anti-plugging grates for ball mills. In order to increase the efficiency of the grates inside the mill by leaving them clean, Amincem developed and tested a new design of grates.

Those grates are able to reject the big particles back to the chamber and keep themselves very clean compare with traditional grates. We can easily observe the difference of cleanliness between our design and a normal design on the picture below.

The alloy used for the grates are :

• Steel CrMo
• 7% Cr
• 12% Cr
• 18% Cr
